1. Purpose of Product Terms

These Product Terms supplement the Terms of Service for product-specific and fast-changing contractual rules that should not require rewriting the core Terms.

Examples include plan entitlements, API limits, messaging limits, preview features, beta functionality, usage credits, third-party licensed data, add-on services, and feature-specific restrictions.

2. Order of Precedence

Each Product Term identifies the affected product or feature, effective date, usage rule, customer responsibility, and any third-party dependency.

If a Product Term conflicts with the Terms of Service for the identified feature, the Product Term controls only for that feature.

3. Current Product Terms

No additional product-specific terms are published at this time. Use of the Services is governed by the Terms of Service, Data Processing Addendum, Acceptable Use Policy, Messaging and Anti-Spam Policy, AI Acceptable Use Policy, and the other documents in the Legal Center.

Feature-specific terms will be posted on this page when they apply.
